Pilot programme
A pilot onyour unsolved cases.
Open to a limited number of clinical genetics teams. A pilot runs for three months. You bring up to ten cases that stayed open, we work them up together, and your team makes every decision.
How it runs
Four steps, one record.
OnboardingYour organisation, units and roles are set up and the terms are agreed in writing. No patient data is entered before that.
First casesYou enter a small set of unsolved cases. The pipeline runs, hypotheses are ranked and next steps are proposed.
ReviewYour clinicians decide at every gate. About once a week we sit down with a clinician or variant scientist from your team and go through what the models got right and what they got wrong.
DecisionA written review of every case, proposal and sign-off. You decide whether to continue.
